With a life-long passion for the glamour and sophistication of the 30's and 40's, infused with a background in theatre and a love of all things sassy, Rita Star was destined for the burlesque stage. Her trademark smoldering vintagesque style heralds audiences back to a by gone era of flamboyantly chic sensuality. A proud member of Sweet Soul, Rita burst onto the scene with her virgin performance at "Oktoberlesque" in 2004, and has had the city of Vancouver seeing Stars ever since.
